After receiving your form, I may ask you few questions on your tattoo idea and after the initial discussion, I'll provide you with a pricing estimate.

Please review the tattooing contraindications If you have any allergies or conditions, please specify in above section: • Diabetes, epilepsy, HIV, AIDS, or any communicable disease • Hemophilia (bleeding disorder) • A medical skin treatment • Pregnancy or nursing • Any physical, mental, or medical impairment or condition that might affect your well-being as a direct or indirect result of getting a tattoo. Please note, it is not reasonably possible for a tattoo artist to determine whether you might have an allergic reaction to the pigments or processes used in a tattoo. If you have any condition that might affect the healing of a tattoo, please advise me. During the healing process, please avoid the following for at least 2 weeks: • Sauna • Swimming pools • Hot tubs • The sea • Hot showers/baths • No sunbathing for 3-4 weeks • I also strongly advise against consuming alcohol 2 days before and 2-3 days after the tattoo session.
